Frank Benham — Attorneys in Shelby, OH
Frank Benham
Frank has significant experience counselling clients in the areas of trust and estate administration, as well as estate planning. His practice also includes Medicaid planning for the elderly. Frank has represented numerous fiduciaries in the probate administration of estates and in trust administration matters. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law (Ohio State Bar Association); and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section Council. In addition, he is a member of the Richland County Bar Association.
Frank has been a presenter at Continuing Legal Education Seminars for lawyers on topics related to probate matters.
He earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1976; and his J.D. degree from Capital University School of Law in 1979.
Frank is a past Chair of the Shelby Foundation, which is a non-profit charitable organization serving Shelby and the surrounding area.
He is also Co-Founder and current board member of Mid Ohio Guardianship Services, Inc., a non-profit corporation, which provides volunteer guardians to indigent individuals in need of a guardian.
Frank was a co-recipient of the 2018 Distinguished Service Award from the Ohio Guardianship Association.

Jeff Ream — Attorneys in Shelby, OH
Jeff Ream
Attorney Ream earned his law degree in 1990 while working full time as a claim manager for Allstate Insurance. Jeff then worked for a Columbus litigation firm concentrating on insurance defense and general litigation, before returning back to his Richland/Huron County roots.
Attorney Ream has expanded his practice to include a variety of legal areas with emphasis on personal injury, insurance claims, elder law, estate planning, business law and family law. Jeff has conducted trials in several different counties around the state and has handled appeals in several jurisdictions, including in the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Jeff has been appointed as an arbitrator and mediator by the local court and Guardian Ad Litem in numerous contested custody cases. Attorney Ream has also taught Paralegal Studies classes at North Central State College.
Community involvement and service are priorities for Jeff with some of his favorites noted below. Jeff and his wife, Keith Anne, have been married for 30 years and are proud parents of daughters Kristi and Carly.

Sheree L. Studer — Attorneys in Shelby, OH
Sheree L. Studer
Attorney Studer earned her law degree at Cleveland Marshall College of Law and was admitted to the practice of law in 2010. Sheree earned her B.S. from Ashland University, cum laude in 2003. While attending college, Sheree worked as a paralegal in Shelby. In 2014, Sheree was appointed Magistrate, and is currently serving as Acting Judge of the Shelby Municipal Court. Sheree currently practices family law, personal injury, elder law, estate planning, business law, criminal law, and other areas of general practice.
In her spare time, Sheree enjoys spending time with her family. Sheree, and her husband, Matt, have been married for 18 years and enjoy playing outdoors with their two boys, Dylan and Lucas.
